Happy gets her power by squeezing her hands to fists and screaming to the sky, Sunny by taking a masculine stance, Peace by squeezing one of her hands in a fist and holding the Smile Pact right in front of her, March by squeezing the Smile Pact with both hands on her pelvis, and Beauty by squeezing the Smile Pact on her chest. The Smile Pact also grants power to the Cures by gathering their fighting spirit and changing that into energy to perform their finishing moves. They then call out ' Pretty Cure! Smile Charge!', then use a powder puff to spread magic onto their bodies, allowing them to change into their Cure Forms. To transform, the girls open the Smile Pact and set their ribbon-shaped Cure Decor inside. The Pact itself is powered by the special Cure Decor pieces. This is the third item in Pretty Cure to have the word Pact in it after Rose Pact and Smile Pact.The Smile Pact ( スマイルパクト, Sumairu Pakuto ?) (called the Glitter Pact in Glitter Force) is a compact-like device that allows the girls in Smile Pretty Cure! to transform into Pretty Cure, and harness the power of the Cure Decor pieces. To use the pact, the user gains a small, pale pink mixing spoon-like pen. It has two pale pink stars for buttons and six smaller stars coming in pink, red, yellow, mint, sky blue, and purple. The inside of the pact is adorned with a frosting and star motif. To open the pact is a garnet in the shape of a star. Swirls of color adorn the lid, separated inches apart and coming in mint, sky blue, purple, violet, pink, orange, and pale yellow. In the center is a gold medallion with a cake drawn on it, surrounded by stars and frosting border. The lid is white with a dome shape with a frosting border. The two pieces attach by a piece on the back adorned with three stars. The pact resembles a cake, with the pale pink bottom accent by diamond studs and frosting shapes to match those on the top. To activate the transformation, the girls need to shout out the phrase, 'Cure La Mode・Decoration!'. Sweets Pact (スイーツパクト Suītsu Pakuto?) are the official transformation items used by the Cures in KiraKira☆Pretty Cure A La Mode.
